Eamon McCormick is the Founder and Maître de Maison of Bâtonnage Hospitality, where he brings a lifetime of inspiration and professional experience to crafting exceptional guest experiences. His passion for hospitality was ignited early on, shaped by his grandmothers and the Culinary Institute of America-trained chefs who prepared meals for his family. This early exposure to the art of cooking and entertaining, combined with his family's background in the performing arts, instilled in him a deep appreciation for the magic of a well-orchestrated experience.

Before founding Bâtonnage Hospitality, Eamon spent years honing his skills in a diverse range of environments. He started his career in the IT and product development world, with a focus on User Experience Design, but ultimately returned to his true calling in hospitality. He has worked his way up through every role imaginable—from busboy to director—in establishments across the country, from a small neighborhood bar to a white-glove fine dining setting. His expertise spans ultra-luxury brands like The Farm at Canyons, Stein Collection, and Montage International, as well as large-scale operations at iconic resorts like Park City Mountain Resort and Steamboat Ski & Resort.

Eamon is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. His commitment to creating joyful experiences extends beyond hospitality; as a PSIA-certified Ski Instructor and Children’s Specialist, he's spent almost a decade sharing his love for the mountains. This blend of expertise and passion, captured by his personal mantra, "Luxury in Motion, Excellence in Detail," is the foundation of Bâtonnage Hospitality.
